These Terms and Conditions explain the use of the DXOVO website and the relationship between website information, equipment enquiries and the written documents agreed for an equipment order.
1. About These Terms
This website is operated by DXOVO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., trading under the DXOVO brand. Our business designs and manufactures CNC oscillating knife cutting machines, CO2 laser cutting machines, cutting tools and related equipment.
These terms apply to use of this website. Equipment purchases and related services are governed by the quotation, sales contract, order confirmation, technical specification and other documents expressly agreed for the transaction. If a provision on this website conflicts with those agreed documents, the agreed transaction documents take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Using Our Website
You may use this website to research equipment, review application information, download available resources and contact our team for legitimate business purposes.
You must not misuse enquiry forms, submit malicious files, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation or use another person’s identity without permission. Information submitted on behalf of a company should be provided by someone authorised to communicate for that company.
3. Product Information and Configurations
Machine photographs, videos and descriptions may show optional tools, cameras, feeding systems, software or accessories. They do not establish the configuration included in a particular order.
Confirm the following in the written specification before ordering:
- Machine model, working area, table type and material handling arrangement.
- Cutting tools, camera options, software and included accessories.
- Material requirements, thickness range and agreed application conditions.
- Electrical supply, air supply, extraction and site requirements.
- Any OEM branding, machine colour or other custom requirements.
Website specifications may be updated as equipment develops. A website update does not change the specification of an order already agreed.
4. Material Applications and Test Results
Cutting results depend on material composition, thickness, density, surface treatment, part geometry, tooling and machine settings. Results shown in a demonstration or customer application relate to the conditions of that example.
Where material performance is important to your purchase decision, arrange a test using representative samples and agree the evaluation criteria before ordering. Confirm any required tolerances, edge quality, process steps and production targets in the written specification. General application information does not guarantee identical results for every material or production environment.
5. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a recommendation does not by itself create an equipment order. An order is formed through the acceptance process agreed between the parties and recorded in the relevant transaction documents.
A quotation should identify its scope, currency, validity period and commercial conditions. Ask for clarification where a quoted item, accessory or service is unclear. Changes requested after agreement may affect price, manufacturing arrangements or delivery timing and should be confirmed in writing.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices, payment methods, deposits, payment milestones and bank charges are defined in the agreed quotation or sales contract. No standard deposit percentage or payment schedule is established by this page.
Before making a payment, verify the beneficiary and bank details against the official transaction documents. If you receive an unexpected request to change payment details, confirm it through an independently verified contact channel before transferring funds.
7. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Production schedules and shipment arrangements are confirmed for each order. Estimated timings depend on the agreed configuration, required approvals, payment milestones and logistics arrangements. A firm contractual deadline must be expressly agreed.
Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, unloading and delivery risk depends on the agreed shipping terms. Where an Incoterms® rule is used, the order documents should specify the rule, named place and applicable edition. A shipping rule does not by itself settle all payment, ownership or warranty matters.
Inspect the shipment on receipt and document any visible damage or missing items. Notify the carrier and DXOVO through the channels and within the time limits applicable to the shipment and sales contract.
8. Installation, Training and Safe Operation
Installation, commissioning, training and remote assistance are included only to the extent stated in the agreed order or service documents. Confirm responsibility for travel, local accommodation, site labour and related costs before arranging a visit.
The installation site must meet the requirements specified for the equipment. Operators must follow the supplied manuals, training and safety instructions. Do not bypass safeguards or process materials unsuitable for the machine. Laser processing requires particular attention to material compatibility, extraction and fire precautions.
9. Warranty, Returns and Order Changes
Warranty coverage, duration, commencement date, exclusions and service responsibilities are set out in the written warranty agreed for your equipment. This page does not create an additional warranty period or a promise of free parts, shipping or on-site labour.
Cancellation, returns, refunds and modifications to custom-built equipment depend on the agreed transaction documents and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Contact DXOVO before returning equipment or parts; obtain the relevant instructions and any required return authorisation.
See our Warranty page for information about requesting assistance.
10. Drawings, Software and Intellectual Property
You must have the right to share any drawings, photographs, CAD files or other material submitted to us. Identify confidentiality requirements and agree any necessary confidentiality terms before sending restricted designs or sensitive production information.
DXOVO branding and original website content may not be used to imply a commercial relationship, endorsement or ownership that does not exist. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Software supplied with equipment is subject to the applicable licence terms.
11. Personal Information and External Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with website visits, enquiries and support. Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing.
This website may contain embedded videos or links to social media and other external services. Those services operate independently under their own terms. Their inclusion does not make DXOVO responsible for their availability, content or data practices.
12. Website Availability and Applicable Rights
Access to the website may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or other operational reasons. If information appears incomplete or inconsistent, contact us before relying on it for a purchase or production decision.
Nothing in these website terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any agreed limits of liability for an equipment transaction must be assessed under its contract and applicable law. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
13. Questions and Disputes
If a concern arises, contact us with the relevant order reference and a clear description of the issue so that we can review it. The governing law and dispute resolution arrangements for an equipment transaction are those validly agreed in its contract, subject to mandatory applicable law.
This website page does not select an arbitration venue or court for all international customers. Where no valid agreement addresses a matter, applicable legal rules determine the relevant rights and forum.
14. Updates and Contact
We may update these website terms. The revision date shown above identifies the current version. Updating this page does not automatically amend an existing sales contract; changes to an agreed order must follow the process applicable to that contract.
